In re: JAMES AVERY. DECEASED
This is the last will and Testament of me James Avery of St. John’s Warehouse Keeper hereby revoking all former and other wills by me at anytime made
First I give and bequeath to my grand daughter Pearl daughter of my daughter Eliza my Organ -
Second to my daughter Amelia my Chiffonier and watch
Third to my daughter Cecilia my Dwelling house situate on Walshs square off signal Hill Road.
Fourth to my daughter Eliza my Parlor Lamp bed, and bedding.
Fifth I also give to my said daughter Eliza all the rest residue and remainder of the property of which I shall die possessed of every nature and kind whatsoever subject to the payment of my just debts funeral and Testamentary expenses.
Sixth I appoint my son-in-law Isaac Snow sole executor hereto St. John’s May 25th 1907 James Avery signed published and declared by the said Testator as and for his last will and Testament in our presence who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other subscribe our names as witnesses hereto F.S. Knight Chas. H. Hutchings
