Will of James Augustus Clift
In re JAMES AUGUSTUS CLIFT DECEASED.

This is the last Will and Testament of me James Augustus Clift of St. John’s Barrister at Law. I give, devise and bequeath to my dear wife Aggie Clift all and whatsoever lands money goods chattels and effects that I may die possessed of together with all and singular the monies which shall become payable under my several Life Insurance Policies to hold the same for her absolute use and disposal And I appoint my said wife to be the sole Executrix of this my said Will.

Dated at St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland this Eight day of September Anno Domini One thousand eight hundred and ninety two. J. AUGUSTUS CLIFT.

This is a Codicil to the last Will and Testament of me James Augustus Clift, dated the 8th day of September A. D. 1892.

I nominate and appoint my son Cecil Bayly Clift as Co Executor with his mother to my said Will - which will I here confirm in every respect and declare that my intention still is that my dear wife should enjoy to the fullest extent my whole Estate and dispose of same by will or otherwise as she may deem fit and proper.
