IN RE: JACOB MILLER. DECEASED Portugal Cove,
I, Jacob Miller, of Portugal Cove, in the District of St. John's East, do hereby make this my last Will and testament. I give and bequeath to my son Samuel that portion of my land on the Bauline Line which is bounded on the West by Clement's Pond, on the North by a Stone Wall, on the East by my brother Nathan's Land, and on the South by Bauline Line. I give and bequeath to my son Joseph that portion of my land on the Bauline Line which is bounded on the North by a Stone Wall, on the South by Lee's Pond River, on the East by my Brother Nathan's Land and on the West by the Bauline Line. All the remainder of my land on the Bauline Line, on both sides of the aforesaid Line, I give and bequeath to my grandson, Henry Ernest Bishop. All my land at Millertown, near Portugal Cove, I give and bequeath to my grandson, Henry Ernest Bishop. My house, and all its contents, as well as my horse, Cart, Wheels, Stable and Cellar, I give and bequeath to my grandson, Henry Ernest Bishop. To him I also give and bequeath my share (which is one-third) of the Cod-trap and also my share (which is one-third) of all the gear belonging thereto. Witness my hand this 3rd day of September in the year of our Lord. One thousand nine hundred and nineteen. JACOB MILLER. This Will and testament was read to the testator in our hearing and we witnessed his signature, and we September 3, 1919. CORRECT. William F. Lloyd Registrar of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland.
