In re JACOB BRADBURY. DECEASED.
In the name of God Amen I Jacob Bradbury a inahabent of Torbay north side being a little sick in body but of perfect mind and memory thank be to God I am owner of half of the Green Cove fishing roome I give and bequeate to my son Jacob Bradbury the said half roome I give and bequeat to my son Jake one cow and 2 hefers and mare and fole I give and bequeat to my son Jacob the my house and the ground blong to it and uper ground and all witalsh(?) until he Robert want it Jake son now this said property is n
ever to be sold or morgest or to go out of Jacobs family I give and bequeat all my cloding to William Cullen now I do lawfully say before my God this to be my last will and testament
