In re: ISABELLA VAIL. DECEASED All the rest residue and remainder of my estate and effects I give and bequeath to the Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Saint John’s to be expended by him in payment of a High Mass on the morning of my death and other Masses for the repose of my soul. And I appoint William H. Horwood of Saint John’s Barrister at Law Executor of this my will. In witness whereof I hereunto subscribe my hand this Eleventh day of November A.D. one thousand nine hundred and one and declare the foregoing to be my last will and Testament Sybella Vail Signed Published and Declared by the said Testatrix as and for her Last will and Testament who in her presence and at her request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed ourselves as witnesses May Ryan Hugh Keeping William H.
