Will of Isabella Ayre

In re ISABELLA M.H. AYRE. DECEASED.



This is the last will and Testament of me, Isabella M. H. Ayre, of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland, widow: I revoke all former wills by me at any time made, and I appoint Frederick Bursell, of St. John's, undertaker, to be the executor of this my will. I give and bequeath all my property to my said executor upon trust to pay thereout my lawful debts and testamentary and funeral expenses and to divide the residue thereof between my three children John Marion and Lily in the following propo rtions namely to my son John one fourth part thereof, and to my daughters Marion and Lily all the remaining three-fourths thereof share and share alike.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty-third day of January A.D. 1905 at St. John's aforesaid

Signed Published and declared by the said Isabella M. H. Ayre as and for her last will and testament in presence of us who in her presence and in presence of each other at her request hereto subscribe ourselves as witnesses attesting the due execution thereof the same having been first read over to testatrix in our presence, who seemed perfectly, to understand, the same and who signed the same by making her mark thereto in our presence
