In re ISAAC COLLINS. DECEASED.
This is the last will and Testament of me Isaac Collins of St. John's Newfoundland
Guager and Tidewaiter. I give devise and bequeath to my wife Mary Hannah Collins all
interest that I may have at the time of my decease in a Policy of Insurance on my life in the
Royal Insurance Coy for the sum of two hundred and fifty pounds cy(?) under Policy No. 7039
but subject to any claim that the Honorable Sir Hugh W. Hoyles might have upon and under
said Life Policy for advances made to me. Also I give to my said wife Mary Hannah
Collins all my household furniture and effects and everything that I may be possessed of for
her sole benefit and disposal -
Lastly I appoint my said wife Maryanna Collins sole Executrix under this my will -
In witness whereof I the said Isaac Collins have hereunto set my hand this seventeenth
day of January A.D. one thousand eight hundred and seventy eight at St. John's aforesaid-
Isaac Collins.
Signed published and Declared by the said Isaac Collins as and for his last will and
testament in our presence who in his presence and in the presence of each other have
hereunto set our hands on the day and year and place first above written.
