In re: HUGH LARKIN DECEASED. The will index gives the probate year, for this will, as 1883, but it is filed chronologically with wills from 1886. This is the last will and testament of me Hugh Larkin of Saint John’s in the Island of Newfoundland DealerI give devise and bequeath all the property which I may be possessed of at the time of my death to my beloved mother Catherine Larkin In witness whereof I have subscribed my hand this 7th day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty three. Hugh Larkin. Signed published and declared by the said testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as attesting witnesses, P.J.
