Will of Henry Leo O'Brien

IN RE:   HENRY LEO O'BRIEN.    DECEASED

This is the last Will and Testament of me Henry Leo O'Brien of St. John's, Newfoundland made this third day of January one thousand nine hundred and twenty seven.

I will and bequeath to my wife Catherine O'Brien my Insurance Policy with the Sun Life Assurance Company for the sum of One thousand dollars ($1000.00) also to my wife Catherine O'Brien my Travellers Life Insurance in the Commercial Travellers Association of Newfoundland amounting to Three hundred dollars or over.

I will and bequeath to my daughter Helen Louise O'Brien my house situate 13 Burke Square St John's, Newfoundland; also Furniture contained therein, also land on which my property stands and my wife Catherine O'Brien is to have a home there until such time as she may marry again. In the event of my wife Catherine O'Brien marrying again before my daughter Helen Louise O'Brien becomes of age, my property is to be rented and the proceeds of rentals to be used used for her education and support.

I hereby appoint my wife Catherine O'Brien Executor of this my last Will and Testament.
