In re: HENRY C. LESSURIER. DECEASED.

This is the last will and testament of me Henry C. LeMessurier of Saint John’s in the Island of Newfoundland Broker. I give devise and bequeath all the real and personal estate to which I shall or may be entitled at the time of my decease unto my beloved daughter Clara LeMessurier of Saint John’s aforesaid Spinster absolutely and I appoint her sole executrix of this my will hereby revoking all former testamentary writings.

In witness whereof I the said Henry C. LeMessurier have hereunto set my hand to this my will this eighth day of April Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and ninety nine.

Signed by the above named Henry C. LeMessurier as his last will in the presence of us both being present at the same time who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses
