IN RE: HENRY GEORGE HERDER DECEASED St. John's, Newfoundland.
I Henry George Herder make my last will and testament. In love and affection for my wife and children I leave my property to be divided as follows, to my wife Susie Herder, one half; to my children, George, Jack and Dorothy equal shares of the other half. I wish my wife, Susie Herder, to be the executrix of this my will and the guardian of my minor children.
List of Properties. Sept. 28th. 1925. (1) Wabana mining property situated on the Western End of Bell Island in the Company of which His Honor Judge Morris is president. (2) Ground in Chamberlains at one time owned by Mr. Thomas Fowler. (3) Eighty Shares in the St. Georges Coal Field Company. H G HERDER Witnesses Charles H. Johnson William B. Prideaux CORRECT.
