In re: HENRY COFFIN. DECEASED. I revoke all former Wills by me at any time made and I appoint my son Ernest the Executor of this Will. I will and direct that my just debts and my funeral and testamentary expenses shall be first paid out of my estate. I give and bequeath the cold storage plant and the fixtures and fittings in the store Number 16 New Gower Street to my said son Ernest for his own use absolutely. All the rest and residue of my estate I give and bequeath to my said Executor in trust to sell and dispose of the same as soon as practicable after my decease, and, after payment of my debts and expenses as above, to divide the balance then remaining into ten equal shares, and to pay four of such shares to my son Ernest, three to my son Donald, two to my son Allan, and one to my son Charles. IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto subscribed my hand at St. John’s aforesaid this twentieth day of November in the year of our Lord One thousand nine hundred and Twenty-three. Signed Published and declared by the Testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us both present at the same time who at his request and in his presence have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses attesting the due execution hereof. |
