In re
  Henry J. Harvey deceased. This is the last will and testament of me Henry J. Harvey of St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland Accountant. I give devise and bequeath to my executor hereinafter named the whole of my estate and all moneys now due me in outstanding debts to realize my said estate and hold all moneys realized in trust first to pay all my debts funeral and testamentary expenses and second to pay to my mother Amelia Harvey the residue of my said estate as she shall require it, my said mother Amelia Harvey to have all monies paid to her out of my said estate to her separate use free and clear of the control of any husband which she now has or may hereafter have. I hereby appoint George LeMessurier of St. John’s aforesaid Barrister-at-law sole executor of this my last will and testament Dated at St. John’s aforesaid this 14th day of March A.D. 1882. Henry J. Harvey. Witnesses by us George M. Hayward and George LeMessurier in the presence of each other and in the presence of the testator George M. Hayward, George LeMessurier.
