In re: HECTOR ROSS. DECEASED.

This is the last will and testament of me, Hector Ross, of St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland, master Car builder.

I appoint my son in law, John Boyd Baird, sole executor of this my will.

I will and bequeath all my property, goods, monies, chattels and effects whatsoever and wheresoever situate to my wife, Elizabeth Ross, for her lifetime and upon her death to my children, Hector Hugh Alexander and Annabella Baird in equal parts share and share alike.
Witness my hand at St. John’s this fourth day of April A.D. 1922. HECTOR ROSS.
Signed published and declared by the testator in our presence who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
