Will of Hector Fraser

In re HECTOR MCLEAN FRASER. DECEASED.

The last will of Hector McL. Fraser late of St. John's, Post Office Official. This my last will and Testament by which I Hector McLean Fraser Post Office Official do bequeath unto my beloved brother John M. L. Fraser Broker of St. John*s viz two houses no 27 & 29 Brazil Square held by me under lease of K.R. Prowse paying the rent of which is thirty dollars per year paid upon 31st July 1904 All the property contained in said house including furniture and clothing, my gold watch to my nephew H. H. Fraser. The said John McLean to do with everything in the house as he pleases. I also lea ve for John McLean Fraser my bank book with its contents House no 29 under rent of 22 dollars a year in rent due 31st July 1904 Lastly there is to be no funeral ?? Sam Collier make the coffin
