In re: GREGORY NEVILLE. DECEASED. I Gregory Neville of Topsail South Shore Conception Bay Newfoundland being through the goodness of God of sound mind and memory but aware of the uncertainty of of life do make this my last will and testament, that is to say, FIRST. I give and bequeath all my property as follows. To my son James Neville I give and bequeath all my property both real and personal the property known as Topsail Pond Farm and also by Main Road, with the exception of that piece or parcel of land, Bounded as follows, North by Main Road West by land owned by Patrick Neville, on the East by road leading to farm and land owned by my son James Neville and running South thereby two hundred feet (200) said described parcel of land to be the property of my Grandson John Halley (son of Edward Halley) now in the United States of America said John Halley to come in possession of said land when he arrives at the age of eighteen 18 years, and provided said John Halley fail to take possession of said land when he arrives at the age of twenty three 23 years he the said John Halley forfeits all further claims to said land and it then becomes the property of my son James Neville. SECOND. I further direct that my daughter Mary Jane Neville now living with me, is also to get her living from above mentioned property as long as she remains single and if at any time the aforementioned property is sold before she marries she Mary Jane Neville is to get her equal share of the money or property. In witness whereof I have this twenty sixth (26) day of November nineteen hundred and five (1905) set my hand.
