The Last Will & Testament of George Whitten residing on the Southside St. John’s Newfoundland I give & bequeath at my death the sum of forty dollars $40.00 to my son Daniel Whitten To my daughter Ellenorah Weader I leave my house & land absolutely together with furniture & effects & all money after my funeral & other expenses are paid In the event of her death all the property left to her shall be given to my daughter Elizabeth Boone witness my hand this 8th day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred & five George his X mark Whitten In the presence of Cyril C.V.
