In re: GEORGE SIMMONDS DECEASED.
This is the last will and testament of me George Simmonds of St. John's Ropeworker. I give devise and bequeath everything of every kind and description whatsoever whether real personal or chattles real of which I shall die possessed or entitled to, to my wife Mary Ellen Simmonds and I appoint her sole Executrix of this my last will and testament.
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand at St. John's this 16th day of November 1920.
