Will of George Ivany

In re: GEORGE IVANY DECEASED

This is the last will and Testament of me George Ivany and I hereby revoke all other wills and declare this to me to be my last will and testament.

I give devise and bequeath all my lands and dwelling house No. 74 situate on Carters Hill in the town of St. John's together will all my furniture and household effects and also all my money and other effects which I may die possessed unto and to the use of my dear wife Elizabeth Ivany, absolutely and forever and I appoint her executrix of this my last Will and Testament. The 7th day of August A.D.1908. (sgd) George his X mark Ivany Signed by the said George Ivany as his last will and testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses the same having been first read over and explained in his presence and in the presence of us the subscribing witnesses
