In re GEORGE BUTT. DECEASED. This is the last Will and Testament of me George Butt, of St. John’s, in the Island of Newfoundland. I revoke all former wills by me at any time made and I appoint my daughter Ellie, wife of William White, the Executrix of this my last Will and Testament. FIRST. I give, devise and bequeath to my said daughter Ellie the sum of One hundred dollars. SECOND. I give, devise and bequeath to my grandson Eric White the sum of Fifty dollars and to my grandson Calvin George White the sum of Fifty dollars. THIRD. I give, devise and bequeath to my Executrix the sum of Five hundred dollars to be invested by her in Newfoundland Government Securities To hold the same unto my Executrix In trust for the use and benefit of my grandson Leslie White on his attaining twenty one years. FOURTH. I give, devise and bequeath to my housekeeper Lizzie Duffitt the sum of One hundred dollars. FIFTH. I give, devise and bequeath to Florrie Johnson, a blind girl, who resides in Catalina, in the Electoral District of Trinity, in the Island of Newfoundland, the sum of One hundred dollars. SIXTH. All the rest, residue, and remainder of my property of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate I give, devise and bequeath to my said daughter Ellie for her own use and benefit for ever. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty fifth day of August. A. D. 1920. GEORGE BUTT.
