In re GEORGE B. BURTON. DECEASED. In the name of God Amen, I George Bollard Burton of St. John*s in the Island of Newfoundland do make this my last will and testament as follows, I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Jane Edwards the house premises and ground I now occupy near Parsons Pond also I give and bequeath to my beloved wife all my right title interest and share I have or may have in the estate of the late Sarah Burton Widow of the late Doctor John Burton provided I survive my father I also give my beloved wife full and absolute po wer and authority to be sole executrix to this my last will and testament dated at Saint John*s this seventh day of August 1848,Geo B.
