George Dance deceased. St. John N F Land March 1st 1881. I George Dance authorize my father R. Dance to send my brother Robert here to take charge of my property and dispose of as he thinks fit there are four Bales lying at Cunard wharf Halifax N.S. My household furniture I bequeath to my two little sisters Pauline and Rachel. No. 20 Rock Terrace I bequeath to my sister-in-law Alice Kennedy Barrack St. Colchester. Geo. Dance.
