Will of Frederick Rose

IN RE:   FREDERICK ROSE.    DECEASED

This is the last Will and Testament of me Frederick Rose of 28 Brazil Square in the County of St. John's West made this Twenty Fifth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty five.

I hereby revoke all Wills made by me at any time heretofore. I appoint my wife Rowena Rose to be my Executor, and direct that all my Debts and Funeral Expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.

I give and bequeath unto my wife Rowena Rose all my business, Stock-in-trade, Schooner, dwelling house and all its contents and my savings account in the West End Branch of the Royal Bank of Canada.

Signed by the said Testator in the presence of us, present at the same time, who at his request, in his presence, and in the presence of each other, have subscribed our names as witnesses.
