IN RE: FREDERICK MCNEVIN. DECEASED
I Frederick McNevin resident of Portugal Cove Road, St. John's Newfoundland do declare this to be my last Will & Testament.
First I will and bequeath to my beloved wife Elizabeth Mcnevin, to have and enjoy during her life time, all the Farm Lands, Dwelling House, Barns, Stables, and all other erections thereon, including Saw Mill with all Engines, Saws, and all other aparatis contained thereon, together with, Horses, cows, and all live Stock, Carriages, Carts, Slides, and all other implements on the premises. Including all Household Furniture & Effects.
After the death of my wife Elizabeth McNevin it is my will that the whole of the above mentioned, will belong to her four sons viz Charles, Robert, Harold and Richard, with the exception of the Dwelling House which I give & bequeath to my son Richard he being the youngest. But in consideration of the above bequests to my four sons, it is my will, that the four sons, Charles Robert, Harold & Richard shall support my daughter Elizabeth McNevin while she remains unmarried. And I hereby appoint my wife Elizabeth Mcnevin to be sole Executrix to this my last will & testament. FREDERICK MCNEVIN.
