IN RE: FREDERICK J. COX. DECEASED
This is the last will of me Frederick J. Cox of the Goulds Farmer and I revoke all former wills by me made I appoint my wife Ida Cox sole executrix of this my will
(1) My land and buildings I give to my wife for her life and after her death to my children then surviving absolutely share and share alike
(2) The Residue of my Estate I give to my wife absolutely
(3) If for any reason it be necessary to sell my said land buildings or any part thereof my legal representative may sell the same and the proceeds shall be held and disposed of in like manner as the said land and buildings and the purchaser or purchasers need not be concerned as to the disposal of the purchase money or moneys
(4) All out goings in connection with said land and buildings shall be borne by the life tenant my wife In witness whereof I have set my hand to this my will this 8th day of November 1911 F. J. Cox. Signed by the testator Frederick J Cox as his last will in our presence who in his presence and in the presence of each other have signed our names as witnesses Jas J. McGrath Emma Reid
