Will of Fanny Brown

In re: FANNY BROWN. DECEASED

This is the last will and testament of me Fanny Brown of St. John's Newfoundland spinster, and I hereby revoke all former wills by me made. I give devise and bequeath all the property of what kind soever whether real or personal, and inclusive of moneys and securities for money, of which I shall die possessed or entitled and all my estate and effects generally, unto my sister Martha Noel Brown absolutely. And I appoint her executrix of this my will. In witness whereof I have hereto signed my name at St. John's aforesaid this eighth day of April Anno Domini eighteen hundred and ninety-seven Fanny Brown Signed published and declared by the testatrix Fanny Brown as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us the subscribers who in the presence of the testatrix and of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses on the said date William C Job Geo M. Johnson
