In re EUNICE BLAINEY. DECEASED. In the name of God, Amen. I Eunice blainey, widow, of St. John*s, Newfoundland, by this my last will and testament, do give and bequeath all my farm and estate called Mount View to my nephews and nieces Fanny Moore, Edward Blainey Moore, James Moore and Sidney Holbrooke, share and share alike. I further give and bequeath to my old and faithful servant John Lester, Farmer, of Mount Pearl, fifty acres situated above Mount View & called Euphrates.In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and this seal at Mount View this twentieth day of March A.D.1852, Eunice X Blainey (LS) Signed sealed and delivered in the presence of Thomas F.H.Bridge.
