In re     ETHEL A. McM. WARREN     deceased

    This is the last will and testament of me Ethel Alice McMurdo Warren of St. John’s, Newfoundland, Married Woman, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.     I appoint my husband William R. Warren of St. John’s aforesaid barrister at law, executor of this my will.     I give devise and bequeath unto my children, share and share alike, all property of what kind soever of which I shall die possessed.     In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand this 15th day of December A.D. 1910.     Ethel Warren.     Signed by the said testatrix in the presence of us who in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.     William R. Warren.     Cyril James Fox.
