IN RE: ESTHER MARY O'BRIEN. DECEASED After all my funeral expenses and other lawful debts shall have been paid the remainder of my money is to be given partly for masses for the repose of my own soul; partly for masses for the repose of the souls of myself and husband united; and partly for charitable purposes. The portion of the money to be assigned to each of these three items is left to the discretion of my daughter whose name I have already mentioned. The determining of the object and manner of the charitable bequest is also left to the discretion of my daughter. I wish and direct that all should be arranged as soon as possible after my death; and I hereby appoint the Rev. C. A. McCarthy C.C. of Witless Bay, and Mary Ronayne as executor and executrix respectively. ESTHER MARY O'BRIEN Witnesses Patrick J.
