In re EMMA GADEN. DECEASED. This is the last will and testament of me Emma Gaden of Saint John*s in the Island of Newfoundland Widow and relict of the late George Gaden. I charge all my property estate and effects with the payment of any debt or debts I may own at the time of my decease and funeral expenses, and subject thereto I give devise and bequeath unto my son Joseph Crawford Garland Gaden his executors administrator and assigns all lands messuages and premises which I am or may be entitled to or have or may have any interest i n and all the rents, issues and profits thereof which may be due at any time of my decease and all my household furniture of every description, beds and bedding, plate, cash, notes and debts and all other property whatsoever which I may die possessed of to and to the use of my said son Joseph Crawford Garland Gaden his executors administrators and assigns for ever,And I do hereby constitute and appoint my said son Joseph Crawford Garland Gaden sole executor of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made and do declare this only to be my last will and testament. In witness whereof I the said Emma Gaden have hereunto set my hand and seal this ninth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty one. Emma Gaden.
