IN RE: ELLEN RYAN. DECEASED WILL
This is the last will and testament of me, Ellen Ryan, of St. John's West, Spinster, made by me on this the 23rd day of September A.D. 1926.
I bequeath to Monsignor Kitchen the sum of five hundred dollars to be devoted by him for Masses for the repose of my soul. I leave to my first cousin James Ryan, my land, property and everything I possess and appoint him executor of this my will. MISS ELLEN RYAN Signed Published & declared by the testatrix as and for her last will and testament in presence of us, who in her presence & in the presence of each other hereunto subscribe our names as witnesses.
