In re: ELLEN MORRISSEY DECEASED.
In the name of God. Amen. I Ellen Morrissey of St. John's, Widow do hereby make my last Will and Testament.
1. I annull all other former wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me and declare this to be my true last will and Testament.
2. I appoint Edward E. Davey and George A. Davey of St. John's, Contractors and Builders to be the Executors of this my last Will and Testament.
3. I direct that my Executors pay all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses.
4. I give and bequeath an Oil painting which is known by the name of "Cabot Tower" to Leo Buckley.
5. I give and bequeath my house with all that it contains (except the picture hereinbefore bequeathed to Leo Buckley) to Edward H. Davey and George A. Davey to be divided equally between them.
6. All the rest residue remainder of my estate of what nature or character soever or wheresoever situate I give and bequeath to Edward H. Davey and George A. Davey to be divided equally between them.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name at St. John's this Third day of December A.D. 1906.

Signed published and declared by the said Ellen Morrissey in the presence of us the subscribing witnesses who signed in presence of the Testatrix and of each other the said will having been previously read over and explained to the Testatrix who seemed perfectly to understand the contents.
