Will of Ellen Mary Gleeson

IN RE:   ELLEN MARY GLEESON.    DECEASED

This is the last Will and Testament of me Ellen Mary Gleeson of St John's in the Island of Newfoundland Spinster made the 21st day of October A D 1924

I hereby revoke all former wills and testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made

I appoint my nephew, Reverend James J. Greene to be the executor of this my will.

I direct that one hundred dollars shall be expended in having Masses celebrated for the repose of my soul

I give devise and bequeath my property on Forest Road, St John's known as "Lakeside" to my nephews Rev. James J. Greene and Joseph Greene

I give devise and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my estate to the said Rev. James J. Greene, the said Joseph Greene and Hannah Gleeson wife of my nephew Patrick Gleeson share and share alike.

In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand to this my will the day and year first above written

Signed published and declared by the above named Ellen Mary Gleeson as and for her last will and Testament in our presence both being present at the same time who at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses
