Will of Ellen Geary

IN RE:   ELLEN GEARY.    DECEASED

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me, Ellen Geary, of St. John's in the Electoral District of St. John's West, Widow.

I hereby revoke all former wills made by me.

I appoint my son William Geary executor of this will.

I bequeath the sum of thirty dollars to Right Reverend Monsignor Kitchen to be used by him for Masses for the repose of my soul.

I bequeath the sum of twenty dollars to Reverend Michael Kennedy to be devoted by him for Masses, for the repose of my soul.

I bequeath the sum of fifty dollars to St. Vincent de Paul Society to be devoted to charity.

I leave to my daughter Margaret Geary the sum of four hundred dollars and my twenty preference shares in the Avalon Telephone Company.

I bequeath the residue of my estate to my executor.

SIGNED, PUBLISHED AND DECLARED by the testatrix as and for her last will and testament in presence of us, who in her presence and in the presence of each other hereunto subscribe our names as witnesses.
