IN RE: ELLEN CLARKE. DECEASED
This is the last Will and Testament of me, Ellen Clarke, of St. John's Widow, made by me on this the twenty ninth day of January A.D. 1925. I hereby revoke all wills formerly made by me. I bequeath the furniture in my house, Topsail Road, to my son John Clarke. I bequeath my dwelling house and land connected therewith to my son John Clarke for his life and after his death to his widow if she be then alive, until she marries again, When she marries, if she so does, or if both parties die, the house and land is to revert to my son Thomas Clarke. I bequeath the plot of land east of my dwelling house to my son Thomas Clarke I bequeath the plot of land to the South of my dwelling house to my son James Clarke and my daughter Hannah Vaughan to be held by them as tenants in common. I bequeath all monies which or other securities which I may possess at the time of my death to my four children Hannah Vaughan John Clarke James Clarke and Thomas Clarke to be realized and divided equally between them. I appoint John Clarke executor of this my Will. ELLEN her X mark CLARKE.
