In re ELIZABETH PEDDLE deceased. This is the last will and testament of me Elizabeth Peddle widow of the late James Peddle of St. Mary’s St. Mary’s Bay. 1st I give and bequeath to my son James Butt my bed, bedding and bedstead, also ground to build a house on, should he require it. 2nd I give and bequeath to my son Andrew Peddle my house, cellar and stable and all that is in the house, but my daughter Elizabeth Peddle is to have a home in the house while she remains single. 3rd I give and bequeath to my sons Andrew and Michael all the ground to be divided equally but should Elizabeth Peddle require ground to build a house on she is to get it. 4th I give and bequeath to Michael Peddle the barn attached to the stable.
