St. John’s Newfoundland February 6 1912 I Eliza Julia Cowan at my death do bequeath anything and everything of which I may be possessed such as money or jewellery and all other personal effects including any interest I may have in the dwelling house 37 Queens Road to my daughters Florence Mabel & Lillian Cowan for there own exclusive use and disposal and in the event of either of my daughters preceding me the survivor to have the whole for her sole use and disposal Witness my hand this 6th day of February 1912 Eliza Julia Cowan Witness to signature P.
