In re: ELIZABETH STUART. DECEASED
This is the last will and testament of me, Elizabeth Stuart, of St. John’s, at present residing at The Goulds, married woman, wife of Colin Stuart, made this fourteenth day of July A.D. 1905.
1. I give, devise and bequeath all my interest in the dwelling house, occupied by me in St. John’s, and bequeath to me by the late Mrs. Dunphy; and all the household furniture, and property of every description whatsoever in the said house, and of which I shall die possessed to my two children, Emma and Mary Stuart, to be equally divided between them: Provided that the mortgage on the said house shall first be paid: To Have and To Hold the said house and property unto my said children for ever.
2. I appoint my husband, Colin Stuart, executor of this my last will and testament. In Testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand at The Goulds aforesaid, the day and year first above written. Elizabeth Stewart Signed by the said testatrix as and of her last will and testament, in the presence of us who in her presence, at her request and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses, Elizabeth Healey Agnes Everard.
