Will of Elizabeth Ryan

IN RE:   ELIZABETH RYAN.    DECEASED

This is the last Will of me Elizabeth Ryan, of St. John's West, Widow, made by me on this the 22nd day of February 1926

I hereby revoke all former Wills made by me.

I leave to rev. fr. Sheehan the sum of Two hundred & fifty dollars for Masses And the sum of fifty dollars to himself personally to be devoted by him to the poor.

I leave to my servant Loretta Shaw the sum of One hundred dollars to be given to her in the discretion of my executor.

I leave my gold watch to Katie Francis my sister's daughter

I bequeath all my remaining money goods & chattels, furniture Stock in Store and everything I possess to my Stepson Charles Ryan and appoint him executor of this my will.

Signed Published & declared by the testatrix as and for her last will and testament by making her mark, it having been first read over & explained to her in our presence who in her presence & in the presence of each other hereunto subscribe our names as witnesses.
