Will of Elizabeth Ryan

In re: ELIZABETH RYAN. DECEASED.

This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Ryan of Saint John’s Widow.

1. I give devise and bequeath all my property of every description to my daughter Ellen Bulger of Saint John’s wife of Patrick Bulger.

2. I hereby appoint Patrick Bulger of Saint John’s Blacksmith Executor of this my Will.

Witness my hand at Saint John’s this 18th day of October Anno Domini One thousand nine hundred and twelve. ELIZABETH her X mark RYAN

Signed (by making her mark Published and Declared by the said Testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament in our presence who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other (all present at the same time) have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses (the same having been first read over and explained to the said Testatrix and approved by her.
