I, Elizabeth Rowe of St. John’s, Newfoundland, do hereby make this my last will and testament as follows: 1. I give and bequeath to James Rowe of Heart’s Content all the property
situated at Heart’s Content and belonging to me, together with all the
rights and privileges pertaining thereto.
2. The remainder of my estate and personal effects of which I may die
possessed I give and bequeath absolutely to the Rev. Jacob Bemister of
St. John’s Newfoundland.
I hereby appoint the Rev. Jacob Bemister my executor. Dated this
20th day of April, 1922
