In re ELIZABETH RADFORD. DECEASED. I Elizabeth Radford of St. John’s Widow being of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding do make this to be my last will and testamentFirst I hereby revoke all former wills and codicils by me at any time heretofore made Secondly I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Lydia and her heirs for ever for her own separate use and benefit without being liable to the debts controul or engagement of any husband with whom she may intermarry All that large dwelling house or messuage, gardens in front, and premises with all appurtenances situate in Water Street in the town of St. John’s aforesaid comprising two tenements and partly occupied by myself and partly by John Burrge my tenant also part of the yard in the rear at the eastern end now held by said John Burrge to the extent of eleven feet also the yard as now attached to my dwelling and enclosed with all rents and profits due and to become due thereout- Thirdly I give and bequeath to my son Thomas Marcus Radford and his heirs for ever the residue of yard at the eastern end aforesaid after and immediately adjoining that so bequeathed to my said daughter Lydia and part used as a small garden to the extent of twenty feet running in the rear from the said eleven feet. Fourthly I give and bequeath to my two sons the said Thomas Marcus and Henry Radford and their heirs as tenants in common my waterside premises. Fifthly I give and bequeath all my furniture and other my property I may die possessed of to my said daughter Lydia and her heirs for ever not heretofore bequeathed by this my will I appoint John Butler Bulley Esquire and Elias Rendell Esquire executors of this my last will and testament.
