IN RE: ELIZABETH JACK. DECEASED (a) the sum of four thousand dollars ($4000.00) (b) my silver spoons. 3. I give to Miss Margaret Jack of Edinburgh Scotland my late husband's sister the sum of one thousand dollars ($1000.00) 4. I give to Joseph G. Keiley of St John's aforesaid postal Clerk all my household furniture and domestic effects (except my silverware) contained in the dwelling in which I now live and which dwelling and leasehold land therewith I transferred to him for my board and lodging during my life 5. I hereby confirm the said transfer to the said Joseph G Keiley and authorize my executors to do everything necessary to secure to him all my right title and interest in the said dwelling and the said leasehold if it be found necessary at my death. 6. I give to Elizabeth Elliott who at one time lived with me as a servant (a) all my clothing and (b) the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00) 7. I give to the Belvidere Cemetery Committee for the fixing up and yearly upkeep of the family (Reardon) burial plot at Belvidere the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) 8. Any amount that may be due to me at the time of my death and afterwards under the undertaking by the Roman catholic Episcopal Corporation of St. John's dated the 8th day of May 1922 I desire that the said Corporation may apply it for Masses for the repose of the souls of my parents of my late brother Right Reverend Monsignor Reardon and of myself. 9. I wish it to be understood that my executors are not to give their services professional or otherwise in the management of my estate without compensation 10. The residue of my estate (if any) I give to my executors in trust to be applied as I may in writing or verbally instruct them 11. Should my estate at my death be not sufficient to pay my debts funeral and testamentary expenses death duties or other taxes & also comply with the foregoing provisions of this my will, then my executors shall deduct an equal amount from the bequests to Mrs May Riley and Minnie Murphy to make up the deficiency and the payment of the lesser sums to them shall be a compliance with the said bequests to them. In witness whereof I have set my hand to this my will at St John's aforesaid this 11th day of November 1922 ELIZABETH JACK Signed by the testatrix Elizabeth Jack as and for her last will in our presence who in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses Jas.
