IN RE: ELIZABETH HARVEY. DECEASED
I Elizabeth Harvey widow of the late William Harvey and resident at Portugal Cove in the Electoral District of St. John's East in the Island of Newfoundland do declare this to be my last will and Testament
I hereby give and bequeath to my grandson Frederick Harvey all the property of whatsoever kind of which I possess at the time of my death on condition that the said Frederick Harvey do what he can towards helping to support my daughter Jane Harvey during the term of her natural life I hereby appoint my daughter Eliza Somerton wife of George Somerton of Portugal Cove to be the Executrix of this my last will and Testament
Witness my hand at Portugal Cove on this nineteenth day of September Anno Domini nineteen hundred Elizabeth her x mark Harvey We the undersigned hereby declare that this will and Testament was read aloud in the presence of the said Testator and that she affixed her mark thereto in our presence on this nineteenth day of September 1900 Walter R Smith Warwick Smith
