In re: ELIZABETH EARLE. DECEASED

This is the last will and testament of me Elizabeth Earle of Saint John’s widow

I give devise and bequeath all my property Estate and effects of every description to my son Robert Earle of St. John’s Labourer

I appoint said Robert Earle executor of this my will St. John’s August 5 1907 Elizabeth her X mark Earle Signed (by making her mark) Published & Declared by the said testatrix as and for her last will & testament in the presence of us who at her request in her presence & in the presence of each other (all present at the same time) have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses (having been first read over & explained to said testatrix & approved of by her) J.W.
