In re: ELIZABETH DUKE . DECEASED.
This is the last will and testament of me Elizabeth Duke of Saint John’s Married woman.
1. I give devise and bequeath all my property estate and effects of every description (after payment of my debts) to my children share and share alike.
2. I appoint the Rev. Wm. Jackman executor of this my will-
Witness my hand at Saint John’s aforesaid this 17th day of May A.D. 1902. Elizabeth her X mark Duke Signed published and declared by the said testatrix as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other (all present at the same time) have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses (the same having been first read over and explained to said testatrix and approved of by her) Samuel Ryan, 21 Cochrane St. St. John’s George Baird 29 Patrick Street St. John’s Nfld.
