Will of Elizabeth Delahunty

In re: ELIZABETH DELAHUNTY. DECEASED.

Newfoundland Southern District Ferryland to wit This is the last will and testament of me Elizabeth Delahunty widow of Ferryland in the Southern District. I direct that my funeral expenses and all my just debts be paid. I give devise, and bequeath unto Bridget or Bride Brien of Ferryland in the District aforesaid, all my right title and interest to my land & property situate at "the Ivany" on the south side of Ferryland, together with the house and barns etc thereon and all the furniture and effects contained therein, without reservation for her personal use and direction.

In witness whereof I the said Elizabeth Delahunty widow have to this my last will and testament set my name this twenty first day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eight - Elizabeth her X mark Delahunty - Signed by the Testatrix and acknowledged by her to be her last will and testament in the presence of us, present at the same time who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses Witnesses.
