Will of Elizabeth J. Carnell

IN RE:   ELIZABETH J. CARNELL.    DECEASED

This is the last will and Testament of me, Elizabeth J. Carnell of st. John's, widow, hereby revoking all other and former wills by me at any time made. After the payment of all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses, I give devise and bequeath all the property both real and personal of which I may die possessed, to my daughter Elizabeth A. M. Carnell.

I appoint my said daughter Elizabeth A. M. Carnell Executrix of this my will Dated at St. John's, this 30th day of June A.D. 1905. Elizabeth J her x mark Carnell Signed, Published and Declared, by the said Testatrix as and for her last will and Testament, in the presence of us who in the presence of each other and at her request have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses. The same having been first read over and explained John Furlong M P Gibbs
