In re Eliza Atwill deceased. I Eliza Atwill relict of the late Richard Atwill do make this my last will and testament that is to say, that after my decease all my debts being duly paid, that all the property belonging to my estate shall be sold and the proceeds equally divided between my children then living and for the fulfillment of this my demise I appoint my brother George Luscombe (the e on the end of Luscombe is handwritten) and James John Perrin as my executors and to them and to my family I leave the disposal of my remains as to them shall seem meet.
