Will of Elijah Milley

IN RE:   ELIJAH MILLEY.    DECEASED

I Elijah his X mark Milley of the City of St. John's, Newfoundland do hereby make this my last Will and Testament and bequeath to my wife, Mary Milley, my house (Numbered 40 Central Street) its furnishings and contents and and to be hers while she remains my widow. In case she should marry the same house, furnishings and contents passes into the possession of my son, Peter Milley. If he should sell the same property the money received is to be divided among my children and each child to receive a like proportion.

Witnessed that the above was read in our presence and that of Mr Elijah Milley and his signature affixed in our presence this Sixteenth (16th) day of January, 1923.
